Programme Manager SAP ERP Support

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with a strong background in SAP ERP support projects and the ability to lead and manage large teams of 200+ members. The role requires strategic leadership, program governance, and expertise across multiple SAP modules to ensure seamless delivery of ERP support services.

Key Responsibilities

- Programme Leadership
- Lead large-scale SAP ERP support programs across multiple modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.).
- Define program objectives, scope, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure alignment of ERP support initiatives with organizational strategy.

- Team Management

- Manage and mentor teams of 200+ professionals across geographies.
- Drive collaboration, performance management, and resource optimization.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

- Service Delivery Oversight

- Oversee ERP support operations, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams for smooth delivery.

- Stakeholder Engagement





- Act as the senior liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Provide regular program updates, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Build strong client relationships and manage expectations.

- Transformation & Innovation

- Lead ERP transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA migrations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Implement best practices in program and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience
- 18+ years of IT experience, with significant exposure to SAP ERP programs.
- Proven track record of managing large teams (200+ members) in ERP environments.

- Technical Expertise

- Robust knowledge of multiple SAP ERP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.).
- Familiarity with SAP Basis, Solution Manager, and system monitoring tools.

- Leadership & Communication

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams globally.
