We are looking for a skilled and motivated Developer Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our software operations ensuring applications run smoothly, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering an exceptional experience to end-users and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to client questions across multiple channels, including email, support tickets, WhatsApp, Discord, and Slack.
- Guide clients through integrating with the API.
- Troubleshoot issues related to authentication, order placement, market data, and webhooks.
- Write sample code covering common use cases.
- Report platform bugs to the engineering team for resolution.
- Keep FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and API documentation current.
- Maintain the Python SDK.
- Build example applications.
- Produce tutorials and webinar recordings.
- Author changelogs and publish migration guides.

Technical Skills:

- Python
- REST APIs and WebSockets
- API design principles
- SDK development
- Postman
- Git / GitHub
- Working knowledge of trading and market fundamentals
- Strong written communication
