Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for civil construction projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and QA/QC procedures.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, BIS, QCI, IS codes, and client quality requirements.
- Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and surveillance activities at construction sites.
- Monitor all civil works to ensure adherence to approved quality standards and construction methodologies.
- Review method statements, material approvals, test reports, and inspection records.
- Identify non-conformities (NCRs), recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams on quality-related matters and successfully handle quality inspections.




- Supervise field and laboratory testing of construction materials, including concrete, reinforcement steel, and structural components.
- Prepare QA/QC documentation, MIS reports, quality dashboards, and project quality records.
- Mentor and lead QA/QC engineers and inspectors while driving continuous process improvement across projects.
- Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, with significant exposure to Industrial, Petrochemical, Thermal Power Plant, or RCC Chimney Projects.
- Robust knowledge of BIS/IS Codes, QCI standards, QA/QC systems, and construction quality procedures.
- Experience in handling client inspections, quality audits, and documentation.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
