- Solid Experience in retail industry- Order to cash with specialisation of taxation (Brazil) workflows and knowledge in handling client and critical issues.
- Additional Skills - Experience with interface knowledge (ALE/EDI)
- Strong command of ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem Management) and experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Driving operational improvements and efficiencies through the creation and implementation of rigorous process and controls, acts as a gatekeeper for quality.
- Driving Tools/Automation transformation programs.
