Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Assist customers and drive retail sales.
• Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team.
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Handle billing, cash management and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate online orders received through Swiggy, Zomato and other platforms.
• Ensure attractive merchandise display and adherence to SOPs.
• Support store opening and closing operations.
• Execute promotional and marketing activities to improve sales.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate.
• 3-6 years of experience in retail store operations.
• Experience in customer service and team handling.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and billing.
• Comfortable using MS Excel, Word and Email.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated and punctual.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
