Facilities Management
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations across corporate offices and branches
- Oversee housekeeping, security, pantry, transport, and front-office services
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, and local municipal regulations
- Conduct regular facility inspections and preventive maintenance
Infrastructure & Asset Management
- Manage all company owned infrastructure including fixed and movable assets (offices, branches, co owned accommodations etc.)
- Ensure infrastructure readiness in coordination with IT for RBI audit and data security requirements
- Maintain fixed asset registers and support physical asset verification during audits
- Lead office setup, expansion, relocation, and branch rollout projects
Vendor & Contract Management
- Onboard and manage vendors in line with internal procurement and compliance policies
- Ensure vendor contracts include appropriate SLA, indemnity, and statutory compliance clauses
- Monitor vendor compliance with labour laws, minimum wages, PF, ESI, and statutory filings
- Conduct periodic vendor audits and performance reviews
Compliance, Safety & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with:
- Fire Safety Regulations (Fire NOC, mock drills, evacuation plans)
- Electrical Safety norms and building occupancy certifications
- Environmental and waste management laws (e-waste, hazardous waste)
- Coordinate with local authorities for licenses, approvals, and renewals
- Support internal audits, statutory audits, RBI inspections, and concurrent audits
- Implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and disaster recovery infrastructure readiness
- Maintain documentation required for NBFC regulatory and governance audits
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage annual facilities and infrastructure budgets
- Track OPEX and CAPEX,
ensuring alignment with approved budgets
- Drive cost optimization while maintaining regulatory and safety compliance
- Ensure timely invoice processing and adherence to financial controls
People & Stakeholder Management
- Lead in-house facilities teams and contingent/contract service staff
- Act as the point of contact for facility-related employee escalations
- Coordinate closely with all stakeholders
- Support HR initiatives related to workplace safety and employee wellness
- Ensure compliance and attendance during Fire and Safety drills
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in any specialization
- 8-12 years of experience in facilities and infrastructure management
- Prior experience in NBFC, BFSI, or regulated corporate environments is preferred
- Strong understanding of Indian statutory, safety, and labour compliance
- Experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of infrastructure, Data security, and Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
- Experience managing multi-location branch setups
- Solid crisis management and vendor governance skills
- High attention to documentation and compliance
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities

- Experience and Exposure of Identifying and setting up new branches
- Team handling experience is a must.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills in English, Hindi and native regional language.

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
