Role & responsibilities

The Project Execution Engineer is responsible for the successful execution of TOSTEM window and door projects after the sales order is confirmed. The role involves technical review, planning, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, procurement, installation management, quality assurance, and warranty documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time and to TOSTEM quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.

* 2-5 years of experience in faade, aluminium windows and doors, glazing,



or construction project execution is preferred.

* Fresh engineers with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.

* Strong ability to read architectural and technical drawings.

* Thorough understanding of aluminium window and door systems (experience with TOSTEM products is an advantage).

* Knowledge of window sill detailing, glazing, installation techniques, and construction practices.

* Excellent planning, coordination, and project management skills.

* Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.

* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
