Job Title Maintenance Engineer Industry Heavy Engineering Tower Components Engineered Equipment Manufacturing Experience Required Minimum 10 Years Mechanical Electrical Maintenance Education Diploma B E B Tech - Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to manage and ensure smooth functioning of all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities in our heavy engineering manufacturing facility The candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in mechanical maintenance and working knowledge in electrical maintenance along with experience in similar industries Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical Maintenance Perform preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance of all mechanical equipment such as CNC Conventional machines fabrication equipment hydraulic presses cranes hoists compressors and utility systems Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure quick and permanent corrective actions Inspect machines and equipment to identify root causes of failures and implement improvement actions Kaizen RCFA Ensure availability of critical spare parts tools and consumables Maintain machine accuracy alignment lubrication schedules and overall equipment efficiency OEE Electrical Maintenance Support electrical maintenance activities such as motor control switchgear wiring panels VFDs MCC maintenance and troubleshooting Coordinate with the Electrical team to plan and execute electrical preventive maintenance Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory electrical norms Maintenance Planning Documentation Prepare and execute preventive maintenance plans PM schedules for mechanical and electrical equipment Maintain equipment history records breakdown reports checklists and maintenance logs Coordinate with production to plan shutdown maintenance and minimize downtime Implement maintenance KPIs such as MTTR MTBF and breakdown analysis Safety Compliance Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards LOTO procedures
