Your responsibilities include but not limited to- 1 Ensure inspection of incoming parts as per plan BOP Spare parts etc 2 Ensure Quality Sustenance Improve Existing sheet metal suppliers components through Audits QAVs warranty analysis benchmarking of best practices 3 Ensure Product Process System approval and establishment for smooth and trouble free development within stipulated time during New Model development A Day in the life
You will be working on day-to-day basis on the following- 1 Generation of MIS Report 2 Ensure closure of issues deviations 3 Work with Manufacturing Quality for assembly line issues Market Quality for field issues and various auditing agencies Academic Qualification Experience
1 Graduation Diploma in Engineering 2 Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sheet metal parts manufacturing and 3-5 years in an automotive firm
Technical Skills Knowledge
1 Product process systems knowledge especially sheet metal welding fabrication parts 2 Quality Planning 3 Problem Solving 4 Audit competence 5 Team Player Behavioural Skills
