About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Intern to join our Legal Team The role will provide exposure to contract management digital execution of agreements and cross-functional coordination Key Responsibilities Contract Review and Management Assist in contract lifecycle management CLM activities including uploading tracking and digital execution of agreements Maintain and update agreement trackers to ensure compliance and timely follow-ups Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or notes to support the legal team Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments for execution and closure of agreements such as NDA s SLA s etc Support the Legal Team in documentation and administrative functions as needed Desired Candidate Profile Law graduates LL B B A LL B or equivalent preferred Prior exposure or familiarity with CLM tools and their functionality is highly desirable Basic knowledge of contract law legal drafting and corporate legal processes Robust analytical organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset Powered by Webbtree
