We are seeking a skilled and experienced Application Support Senior Engineer to join our integration team The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Boomi event-driven architectures AWS and ETL tools such as Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services IICS Matillion or equivalent experience Experience with AWS Glue Kafka and Snowflake is a plus This role requires a strategic problem solver with deep technical depth a passion for innovation and problem-solving abilities You will handle integration processes and maintain a customer-first attitude to ensure minimal business disruption Key Responsibilities Build and maintain integration solutions between cloud and on-premises applications e g Salesforce Workday SAP Administer and monitor Boomi Atoms connectors and process schedules Analyse Boomi process logs and error messages to identify and resolve integration issues Respond to incidents prioritize based on impact and bring up when necessary Collaborate with application owners developers and business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical customers Support change management activities including testing and deploying new or updated integrations Ensure all changes align with governance and compliance protocols Record and share incident details solutions and operational procedures to support team knowledge Find opportunities for process improvements and automation Proactively monitor integration processes for performance and failures Collaborate with multi-functional teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Required Skills and Experience 7 - 9 years of proven expertise in Boomi event-driven architecture and the AWS ecosystem Valuable experience in designing developing and deploying integration processes using Boomi AtomSphere Proficiency with Boomi connectors HTTP SOAP REST JDBC SFTP Workday etc Familiarity with XML JSON SQL JavaScript and G
