Role & responsibilities

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software application development projects.
- Proactive and self-driven person who can work independently drive the work as per the timeline and escalate when progress is stalled
- Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and documentation standards.
- Hands-on experience and proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools to create BRD, FSD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Test Cases while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and business alignment.
- Experience using project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus across business and technical teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
