Designation: Agentic AI POD Tech Lead

Location: Hyderabad, BLR, Chennai, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Pune

Work Mode: Flexible can work remotely from anywhere in India. Only needs to come to the Hyderabad ServiceNow office for production go-live and some training (a couple of months initially post onboarding), after which they can revert to remote/hybrid work. - Hence, only mentioned DXC locations, in case if they call them to the office frequently even after it being remote.

Key Requirements:

- Hands-on Tech Lead with strong AI and Contemporary UI expertise.
- Ability to code, review pull requests, and guide the team in building Lit Web Components for AI-powered UI experiences.
- Strong expertise in AI and modern frontend technologies, with the ability to mentor the team on AI-native UI patterns and best practices.
- Experience building or integrating with:
- AI Agents
- Skills
- MCP Servers
- A2A Protocols





- ServiceNow platform experience (Scoped Apps and Integration Hub) is a strong advantage.

Below 2 are the key skills that they need to have & should be an EXPERT. While you speak to the resources, ask them whether they've worked on:

- Development in Custom Application

- Scripted API integration

- Need someone who's good in Agentic AI

- Played a role of TL, or Tech Lead, working as architect is also fine.

- They will be working as an individual contributor and also will be handling a Team & guiding the team; should not only want the lead responsibilities!

- Expert in UI Builder OR JavaScript scripting (with Angular) - People who move to lead capacity, they do not perform hands-on scripting at lead role, they need someone who does scripting actively & is an expert!

- Expert hands-on responsibilities/experiences should be reflecting under his projects/employments, please ensure to get these added if they haven't mentioned.
