Job Title: Strategic Senior Consultant – Analytics, AI & Data Engineering
Role Overview
You will serve as the primary thought partner to senior client stakeholders, shaping their Analytics and AI roadmap and own the P&L.; You will bridge the gap between complex data engineering and strategic business outcomes. You will drive large-scale programs from inception to execution, ensuring high-impact delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Thought Partnership
- Advise Client leadership on cutting-edge Analytics, AI, and Data Engineering solutions.
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable data strategy blueprints.
- Identify new opportunities to embed AI and machine learning into existing Philips workflows.
- Propose innovative data modernization and operational efficiency use cases.
Program & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of high-visibility analytics and data programs.
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and business analysts.
- Ensure project execution aligns with timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Mitigate risks and resolve bottlenecks across complex, matrixed environments.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Build robust,
trust-based relationships with Philips executives and technical leads.
- Drive data culture adoption and change management initiatives within the client organization.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through data storytelling.
Required Qualifications
Experience
5+ years in management consulting, strategic program management, or analytics advisory roles.
- Domain: Proven track record in Healthcare, MedTech, or Life Sciences industries is highly preferred.
Technical & Domain Skills
- AI/ML: Strong conceptual understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Analytics tool: Python, SQL, PowerBI etc.,
- Data Engineering: Familiarity with cloud data architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern data stack pipeline concepts.
- Frameworks: Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise program management tools.
Soft Skills
- Leadership: Exceptional matrix leadership and people management skills.
- Communication: Elite presentation and storytelling skills using data.
- Problem Solving: Structured thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguous environments.
