- Lead the delivery of ServiceNow projects (ITSM and ITOM Discovery modules) from initiation to completion
- Manage all aspects of project management and delivery for scope, timelines, budget, and resources through the full project lifecycle aligned to Danahers project management process.
- Develop detailed project plans, define scope, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure adherence to governance frameworks and organizational standards.
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and functional consultants to ensure solutions are aligned with best practices and platform capabilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and alignment between business and IT teams.
- Collaborate with change management teams to drive user adoption, training, and business readiness.




- Proactively identify risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary.
- Track budgets, manage cost forecasts, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively, ensuring optimal team performance and delivery outcomes.
- Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders and leadership.
- Proven project management experience in ServiceNow implementations
