ACN Healthcare is hiring experienced AR Callers with solid Denial Management experience in US Healthcare RCM domain.

Mandatory Criteria:

Minimum 1 years of experience in AR Calling Denial Management. US Healthcare experience is compulsory.

Freshers / Non-RCM profiles will NOT be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work on denied claims
- Call US insurance companies to follow up on denied claims.
- Analyse EOBs/ERAs and identify denial reasons.
- Handle denials related to Authorization, Eligibility, Timely Filing, Medical Necessity, Coding issues, etc.
- Initiate reprocessing and appeals through Epic workflow.
- Maintain accurate documentation and account notes in Epic.
- Focus on AR aging reduction and revenue recovery.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
- Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Denial AR Calling.
- Good understanding of US Healthcare RCM cycle.
- Basic knowledge of CPT / ICD-10 / HCPCS codes.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in Night Shift.
