About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate AI Engineer to join our AI & Digital Engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and Conversational AI technologies. You will collaborate with global teams to solve complex business challenges through innovative AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable AI solutions using Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Develop Agentic AI solutions capable of intelligent reasoning and workflow automation.
- Implement Intelligent Document Processing solutions using OCR, NLP, and machine learning.
- Design, configure, and enhance enterprise virtual assistants using Kore.ai or comparable Conversational AI platforms.
- Integrate AI services with enterprise systems through APIs and cloud-native architectures.
- Perform prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization to improve AI solution quality.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Architecture,



and Business stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, performance, and governance.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Hands-on experience with RAG architecture and AI Agent frameworks
- Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- OCR and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Conversational AI / Virtual Assistants
- Kore.ai or similar enterprise chatbot platforms
- Python programming
- REST APIs and microservices
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
