- Manage the Order to Cash process from quote to cash, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, invoices, and payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize revenue collection.
- Design and implement efficient order management processes using Salesforce CPQ to improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the Order to Cash cycle.
Job Requirements :
- 10-19 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of architecture, billing, CPQ, order management, order to cash, quote to cash concepts.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ system.
