Area Sales Manager ACOUSTIC

Responsible for:

Build and manage relationships with all key contacts,

manage most of the aspects in major projects, Explore

and close new business opportunities

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with all key contacts in the assigned region, including but not limited

to engineers, architects, acoustical consultants, developers, and contractors.

• Manage most of the aspects in major projects in the region that require acoustical design solutions or

competitors products in commercial and other building types.

• Explore and close new business opportunities by developing project-specific strategies that incorporate

own products.

• Contribute creatively to recent product development as well as any other area of the business.

• Provide oversight and analysis of the day-to-day sales, margin, and customer relationship

management for the assigned region.





• Understand your assigned region and customers personally where it can profitably achieve dominant

market share.

• Schedule regular customer facing (in person when applicable or virtual) within the assigned region to

increase market share and maintain solid partnerships.

• Other duties as desired per operational needs.

Preferred requirements for the role

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering ideally but not a must

• Candidate with specification sales experience in building material or in Architectural Acoustic

background preferred.

• Good command of English, both spoken and written

• Go-getter and results oriented with strong drive to make it happen and tackle demanding tasks.

• Strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit, solid sense of responsibility

and professionalism

• Courage to challenge, and ability to adjust myself in a rapidly changing business, insightful and good

at independent thinking.
