Job Summary

Metro Precision Aerospace is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our engineering team as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET). This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in precision manufacturing, CNC machining, product design, production, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and support Design, Production, and Quality Control activities.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Prepare and modify CAD drawings (preferred).
- Assist in production planning and process monitoring.
- Perform component inspection using precision measuring instruments.
- Prepare production and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.

Desired Skills





- Basic knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and CNC Machining.
- Understanding of Engineering Drawings and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software is an added advantage.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.
