Job Title: Floor Manager (FM)

Job Summary:
The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store floor, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The role includes supervising the sales team, managing staff schedules, monitoring inventory, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily store floor operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer escalations.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual merchandising standards.




- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 36 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Robust leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets.
