Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct and assist in laboratory practical sessions and demonstrations for students.
- Guide students in handling laboratory instruments and following standard operating procedures.
- Ensure laboratory safety, hygiene, and compliance with institutional and regulatory norms.
- Assist in the preparation of reagents, specimens, and experiment setups before practical sessions.
- Maintain inventory, calibration, and upkeep of laboratory equipment.
- Support faculty in academic projects, assessments, and internal practical exams.
- Maintain records of student attendance, experiment results, and lab utilization.
- Report any equipment malfunction or shortage to the Lab Incharge / HOD promptly.
- Help in organizing workshops, training sessions, and academic events related to laboratory learning.





Qualifications:

- B.Sc / M.Sc in the relevant discipline (e.g., Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, Biotechnology, etc.).
- Prior experience as a Lab Tutor / Demonstrator / Assistant in an educational or clinical setup preferred.
- Good communication and technical skills.

Skills Required:

- Solid knowledge of laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
- Ability to manage multiple batches and maintain discipline during sessions.
- Attention to detail, record-keeping, and safety consciousness.
- Teamwork and adaptability to academic schedules.
