Workday Absence Certification is mandatory.

Security configuration

Integration with Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits

Experience in end-to-end Workday implementation (Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, and Support).

Worked on global/multi-country Workday implementations.

Able to prepare functional documents and configuration documents.

Experience supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing), fixing issues, and providing post-go-live support.

Good communication skills and experience working with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders.
