The Package Units Engineer will develop activities for specify, select and follow-up of Package Unit equipment, ensuring compliance with the technical, QA/QC and HSE

requirements.

Candidate must have knowledge in process and equipment involved in Package Units such as Water Treatment Plants (RWTP, WWTP, STP, ETP), Cooling Towers,

Condensate polishing package, Fuel Gas conditioning package, Metering Skid, Side stream filters, Filtration packages and Utility packages like Air dryer, N2 packages,

H2 Packages. Also on Filters, static mixers, Steam traps, Deuperheaters, Elevators, Cranes, Silencers etc.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the role

Experienced Project Leader capable of eectively managing large-scale projects with a number of employees under their supervision.

• Experienced in de ning/understanding Project Scope, MH budget and schedule. Responsible for the Project team productivity.

- Focal point for Technical /procedure advice for the assigned working team and with Project Management, and other disciplines.
- Assure Implementation of lessons learned and value engineering in the project.




- Quality check of Deliverables being issued for the Project.Complete knowledge of the use of Corporate tools and procedures necessary for the department
- Part of the Department Interview panel (if required)
- Evaluation of team members needs, evaluation of performance, provide direction & guidance, resolve con6icts, implement self-certi cation of team

Technical Skills (including years of experience if need be)

- Main valuable personal characteristics are: leadership, proactivity, honesty, focusing on targets, excellency, team building and open to learn. Essential

- Knowledge in the preparation of specifications, design, calculation, selection, technical evaluation of offers, inspection and tests of package / equipment.

- Candidates will have the opportunity of developing a very specialized and technical skill within a cooperative team of professionals

- Experience in the application of Norms, International Standards, quality control plans and personnel management for the execution of projects.

- General knowledge of the different disciplines involved: Static Equipment; Heat Transfer; Rotating Equipment; Electricity; Instrumentation; Piping; HSE.
