Roles and Responsibility

- Analyze medical records to assign accurate codes for diagnoses and procedures.
- Review and interpret medical information to identify relevant details for coding purposes.
- Assign appropriate codes using knowledge of coding systems and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and efficient coding processes.
- Stay updated with changes in coding guidelines and regulations to improve coding quality.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies when handling patient information.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of coding principles, including E/M, CCS, Surgery, COC, Multi-specialty Denials, CPC, Anesthesia, Medical Coding, and Radiology.




- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to recent technologies and processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
