Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end procurement for multiple construction projects.
- Prepare procurement plans aligned with project schedules.
- Source materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Manage RFQs, tenders, techno-commercial evaluations, and negotiations.
- Finalize Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs), and contracts.
- Handle vendor development, evaluation, and performance management.
- Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and procurement requirements.
- Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and market benchmarking.
- Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, Planning, Finance, and Site teams.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, statutory compliance, and documentation.
- Monitor procurement MIS, contracts, claims, and commercial risks.
