Roles and Responsibility

- Validate patient data for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review medical records, including diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans, to ensure accurate coding.
- Identify and address discrepancies or errors in patient data.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnosis or treatment details.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive information.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical billing software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry standards and regulations.
