We are hiring multiple positions in our US Medical billing team in Chennai, Tamilnadu

Positions:

- AR Caller
- AR Analyst

1. AR Caller Role: Review and manage insurance and patient payments, including denials and adjustments. Communicate with the billing representative to address discrepancies in payments that don't meet the contracted or allowed amounts, and resolve any issues related to underpayments or non-payment.

2. AR Analyst Role: Interpret and analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs). Post payments, adjustments,



and write-offs accurately. Balance batches with deposit totals and identify any denials, communicating them to the AR team to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
