Role & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors with a warm and qualified approach.
- Manage patient registration, appointments, and guide them through the hospital process.
- Ensure an excellent patient experience by addressing queries and coordinating with internal departments.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and support front office operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service/front office experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
