Job Opening: Valuation Analyst (Fresher)
We currently hiring for the position of Valuation Analyst (Property Valuation) for our Chennai location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare valuation reports for properties inspected by Site Engineers.
- Review and verify property documents, plans, legal papers, and related records.
- Ensure accurate finalization of valuation reports as per banking and industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth operational workflow.
- Ensure timely delivery of valuation reports within the defined TAT.

Required Skills & Eligibility:

- Candidates who have completed Civil Engineering / Civil Diploma / ITI Civil can apply.
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering or relevant experience.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under strict timelines and manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
