Role & responsibilities

- Lead the Company's IT function across manufacturing, sales, service, and overseas operations.
- Manage SAP and other enterprise applications, including in-house business systems.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure, cloud services, and user support.
- Drive digital transformation, automation, AI initiatives, and process improvement projects.
- Strengthen cyber security and information security across the organization.
- Develop MIS, dashboards, and data governance practices to support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to identify technology solutions that improve productivity and business performance.
- Build and develop a high-performing IT team while effectively managing technology vendors and partners.

Preferred candidate profile

BE with 18 to 22 yrs of experience in:--

- SAP ERP implementation and support,



preferably in a cloud workplace.
- Enterprise applications and systems integration.
- IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud services.
- Cyber Security and Information Security.
- Managing IT projects and cross-functional teams.
- Vendor and outsourced service management.
- Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be a business-oriented technology leader who can align IT with organizational objectives, champion innovation, and deliver measurable business value through technology.
