Role & responsibilities

- Install, commission, and demonstrate CNC touch probes and tool setters on VMCs, HMCs, and CNC Turning Centers.
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and validation of probing systems at customer sites.
- Configure work offsets, tool offsets, probing cycles, and CNC parameters on Fanuc, Siemens, and other CNC controllers.
- Provide application support and operator training to customers on the effective use of probing systems.
- Troubleshoot CNC machining and probing-related issues at customer sites and provide timely technical solutions.
- Assist customers in reducing setup time, improving machining accuracy, and increasing productivity through probing applications.
- Coordinate with the sales team during product demonstrations, trials, and technical discussions.
- Prepare installation reports, application reports, and customer visit documentation.
- Support product testing, new application development, and continuous improvement activities.




- Travel across India for customer installations, commissioning, training, and after-sales technical support.

Preferred candidate profile

- 26 years of experience as a CNC Programmer, CNC Setter, Process Engineer, or CNC Application Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with VMC/HMC/CNC Turning Centers.
- Good understanding of G54–G59 work offsets, tool offsets, CNC programming, and machining processes.
- Experience with Fanuc and/or Siemens CNC controllers.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Strong problem-solving skills, customer-oriented attitude, and willingness to learn recent technologies.
- Prior experience with CNC touch probes (Renishaw, Blum, Hexagon, etc.) is an advantage but not mandatory. Product training will be provided.
