Skills and Qualifications
- Fresher or 1+ years of prior work experience in the telecalling industry or at a call centre, preferably in personal, business or gold loans
- Ability to learn, be determined, and fulfil weekly/monthly targets
- Ability to work and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders
- Basic communication (English + Kannada/Hindi/ Telugu/ Tamil/ Marathi) spoken
