Role Summary:
Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of medicines to customers while ensuring excellent service and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver medicines/orders safely within the assigned area
- Verify customer details and collect payments (cash/online)
- Maintain delivery records and update status regularly
- Handle medicines with care and follow storage guidelines
- Ensure customer satisfaction during delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass
- Valid driving license with two-wheeler
- Basic communication skills
- Knowledge of local routes
