Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Surgical Salesman to promote and sell surgical consumables, medical devices, and healthcare products. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent customer relationship skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell surgical products, medical devices, and healthcare consumables.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals regularly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, purchase departments, and distributors.
- Generate current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.




- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and customer feedback.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 2-8 years in Surgical Sales, Medical Devices, or Pharma Distribution.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science graduates preferred).
- Strong knowledge of surgical products and hospital procurement processes..
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
