Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AS400 Developer with strong expertise in RPGLE and IBM iSeries technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications on the AS400 platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and support applications on AS400 / IBM iSeries platform.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Perform coding, testing, debugging, and deployment of RPGLE programs.
- Work on enhancements, bug fixes, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for application integration and issue resolution.
- Ensure application performance, security, and coding standards compliance.
- Prepare technical documentation and support release activities.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in RPGLE, CLLE, DB2/400, SQLRPGLE




- Hands-on experience with IBM iSeries / AS400
- Good understanding of application development lifecycle
- Experience in debugging and performance tuning
- Knowledge of batch jobs, subfiles, and stored procedures
- Exposure to production support and incident management
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to APIs, Web Services, or integration projects
- Experience with change management tools
- Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge is an advantage

- Experience: 2 to 7 years
- Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Notice Period: 0 to 60 days preferred
