Aivar is building the next generation of voice-enabled and agentic AI products on AWS. You will design and ship production LLM systems, agentic pipelines, and real-time voice AI solutions.
What You'll Do
- Build and deploy LLM-powered agentic AI systems with tool use, planning, and memory
- Develop real-time voice AI features speech-to-text, TTS, and voice dialog management
- Design RAG pipelines and retrieval systems for enterprise knowledge bases
- Deploy and manage ML workloads on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, EKS)
- Integrate AI components with existing product backends and APIs
- Evaluate and benchmark model performance for production readiness
Must Have
- Hands-on LLM experience — LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, or Bedrock
- Agentic AI — tool use, multi-agent frameworks, autonomous task planning
- Voice AI — ASR, TTS, streaming audio pipelines
- RAG architecture design and Vector DB integration
- AWS for ML workload deployment
Positive to Have
- Experience with real-time latency-sensitive AI systems
- Familiarity with Twilio, Deepgram, or similar voice infrastructure
- Fine-tuning or RLHF experience
