Required Skills & Experience

- Candidates should have 1.6 to 4 years of relevant Physician RCM AR Calling experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the office.
- Should be eager to learn and adapt to current opportunities.
- Hands-on experience in denial handling is mandatory.
- Only candidates with an immediate to 15-day notice period are eligible.

Work location : Chennai & Hyderabad

Shift : US shift

Notice period : Only Immediate or 15days notice

Mandatory Knowledge

Candidates must have hands-on knowledge of:

- CMS 1500 Claim Form
- Physician Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Provider-side operations
- Physician specialties such as:
- Cardiology
- Radiology
- Gastroenterology
- Pediatrics
- Orthopedics
- Internal Medicine
- Emergency Medicine
- Surgery

- Clearinghouses such as Waystar, eClinicalWorks (eCW), E-Commerce platforms, etc.
- CPT code ranges and modifiers
- Voice-based AR processes only
