Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 years of overall IT experience, with significant hands-on experience in CyberArk PAM, specifically CPC.
- Strong knowledge of CyberArk architecture: Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA, CPC/Connectors.
- Experience in privileged account onboarding, policy configuration, and safe management.
- Solid experience in production/application support incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.
- Familiarity with Windows/Unix/Linux administration as it relates to privileged account management.
- Understanding of security best practices around privileged access, credential rotation, and session isolation.
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA) for incident and change management.
- Good understanding of network protocols (SSH, RDP, LDAP) relevant to PAM connectivity.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under SLA pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional and client teams.
