- Provide treatment quotations and clarify pricing, procedures, and payment options.
- Address patient concerns and build confidence to help them make informed decisions.
- Follow up with prospective patients and convert consultations into confirmed procedures.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2- 5 years of experience in sales, counselling, or customer relationship roles (healthcare/aesthetics preferred).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling patient queries and closing sales.
- Customer-focused with a skilled and empathetic approach.
