Job Summary

We are looking for a senior, experienced SAP MDG Consultant to join our SAP team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and further developing SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment, including integration with external systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders to improve master data processes, ensure data quality, and support a new S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), including:
- MDG Master Data Governance
- MDG Master Data Consolidation
- Data Quality Management (DQM)
- Data Quality Enhancements
- Process Modeling
- Data Replication
- Configure and maintain Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, and Material Master data.
- Design and configure MDG workflows and Change Request processes.
- Optimize master data management processes within the new SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
- Understand, debug, and support custom developments using SAP ABAP.
- Integrate SAP MDG with external systems using SAP Integration Suite (SAP IS).
- Support and manage Salesforce-to-SAP integration, including data flow and interface management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality master data and efficient business processes.
- Support ongoing enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

- More than 10 years of overall SAP experience, with several years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG specifically within an S/4HANA environment.
- Experience with:
- MDG Process Modeling




- Change Request configuration
- MDG Customizing and Development
- Data Quality setup, Duplicate Checks, and Search Methods
- Data Model Enhancements
- Functional Validations
- BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus)
- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects is highly preferred.
- SAP S/4HANA certification is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SAP MDG architecture and configuration.
- Good technical knowledge of SAP ABAP (debugging and supporting custom developments).
- Hands-on experience or good knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (SAP IS).
- Experience with SalesforceSAP integration.
- Strong understanding of APIs, interfaces, and integration concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies.

Language Requirements

- English: Proficient (C1 level or equivalent) — required for international project work.
- German: Not mandatory; conversational German is an added advantage.
