Tradeila sources and supplies luggage, bags, and bag making material (zippers, wheels, trolley handles, cords, fabrics, and trims) to importers, wholesalers, and retailers across India and Nepal. We're hiring a sales representative who already knows this category cold - someone who can talk fabric GSM, wheel types, trolley mechanisms, and MOQs with a buyer without blinking, and who can convert WhatsApp inquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle for luggage, bags, and bag-material buyers, from inbound inquiry (WhatsApp, IndiaMART, website) to quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
- Build and manage a pipeline of wholesalers, distributors, and retail chains buying luggage, backpacks, and bag components.
- Prepare accurate quotations factoring landed cost, MOQ, customs duty, and margin.
- Explain product specs confidently: materials (ABS/PC/PP/nylon/PU), trolley and wheel mechanisms, zipper grades, and bag-making components.
- Follow up relentlessly on WhatsApp and calls to move low-trust, price-sensitive buyers to confirmed orders.




- Coordinate with sourcing/logistics on stock availability, lead times, and shipment schedules.
- Maintain every lead, quote, and follow-up in Zoho CRM.
- Track competitor pricing and market trends in the bags/luggage category.
- Hit monthly sales targets and report pipeline status weekly.

Requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of direct sales experience in luggage, bags, backpacks, or bag-making raw material (zippers, trims, trolley parts, fabrics).
- Working knowledge of product categories: hard-side/soft-side luggage, school/college bags, backpacks, trolley bags, and components.
- Comfortable negotiating on WhatsApp and phone with wholesale/B2B buyers, not just retail customers.
- Basic understanding of import trade terms (landed cost, MOQ, HSN codes) is a robust plus.
- Graduate in any discipline; sales/business background preferred.
