Tradeila supplies sanitaryware, bathware, and hardware fittings to importers, distributors, and retail buyers. This role needs someone who understands the category - faucets, sanitary fittings, bathroom hardware, CP fittings - and who can operate confidently within India's BIS/QCO compliance requirements while closing deals with low-trust, WhatsApp-first B2B buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for sanitaryware, bathware, and hardware buyers, from inquiry to quotation to closed order.
- Build relationships with distributors, hardware retailers, and project buyers (builders/contractors) sourcing sanitaryware and fittings.
- Quote accurately with landed cost, BIS/QCO compliance status, and margin built in.
- Understand and clearly communicate BIS certification and Quality Control Order (QCO) requirements, and flag compliance gaps before they become customer or customs problems.
- Explain product specs confidently: CP fittings, faucet types, sanitaryware materials (vitreous china, SS304, brass), and finish grades.




- Convert WhatsApp and call inquiries into confirmed orders through rapid, persistent follow-up.
- Coordinate with sourcing and compliance teams to confirm BIS-certified stock and realistic delivery timelines before quoting.
- Maintain disciplined CRM records in Zoho.
- Track category pricing trends and competitor offers.
- Deliver on monthly sales targets and report pipeline weekly.

Requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of direct sales experience in sanitaryware, bathware, CP fittings, or general hardware trading/distribution.
- Working knowledge of BIS certification and QCO (Quality Control Order) requirements as they apply to sanitaryware/hardware imports - this is not optional for this role.
- Comfortable negotiating with wholesale/distributor buyers over WhatsApp and phone.
- Basic understanding of import trade terms (landed cost, customs duty, HSN codes).
- Graduate in any discipline; sales/technical background preferred.
