Job Purpose
- The QRT Lead for Employee Transport is responsible for overseeing and managing the Quick Response Team operations to ensure safe, timely, and effective transportation of employees through approved official transport systems/ cabs in coordination with the Transport Command Center (TCC). The role includes coordinating emergency responses, monitoring routes, addressing real-time issues, and ensuring compliance with transport and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities




- Lead and manage the Quick Response Team to monitor and respond to any transport-related issues in real-time in coordination with TCC.
- Ensure 24/7 readiness of the QRT for rapid deployment during emergencies, delays, or route deviations.
- Coordinate with TCC Monitor all employee transport activities through GPS tracking systems and transport management software as used in the system.
- Ensure employee safety during transit, particularly during night shifts and in high-risk zones.
- Respond promptly to safety concerns, incidents, or breakdowns and escalate as necessary in coordination with TCC.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with TCC regarding delays, route changes, or emergencies.
- Coordinate with TCC for handling escalations and incident investigations (if required).
