Accounts Receivable Specialist at ZeroNorth
The accounting and control team s target is to leverage technology and automation to work with a high degree of efficiency. The job involves working in a matrix orgnaisation with collaboration with multiple stakeholders.Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for all accounts receivable and credit control processes. across our global entities.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process,
including generating invoices, credit memos, and billing statements accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations and FPA teams to ensure proper invoicing and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received.
- Investigate and resolve billing issues, disputes, or discrepancies, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate stakeholders - customers and internal departments.
- Respond to emails from customers in the Accounts Receivable inbox in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and cash flow projections for management review.
