- Managing the day to day activities of Biomedical Department.
- Effectively communicating with major vendors for procurement, service or any other issue.
- Communicating with inter-department heads.
- Supervising the administrative work.
- Analyzing the major equipment breakdowns.
- Analyzing the response time of Biomedical engineers.
- Monitoring the Inventory, call management, post warranty issues & also quality indicators achievement.
- Impart training to new joiners.
- Validating equipment Replacement & Disposable process.
Skills
- Ability to handle a team of at least 5-6 peoples.
- Valuable Communication Skills and capable of analyzing the breakdowns.
- Ability to lead the department in all conditions.
- Technically versed with the equipments.
- Fair Knowledge of Networking in Medical Devices.
- Fair knowledge of Software that is used for any biomedical application.
