Executive – Sourcing & Procurement

to strengthen their procurement function by identifying reliable suppliers, optimizing sourcing strategies, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely procurement of quality products and materials.

Position Summary

The Executive – Sourcing & Procurement will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across multiple product categories. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
FMCG and/or pharmaceutical sourcing

,



excellent vendor management skills, and the ability to negotiate favorable commercial terms while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard manufacturers, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
- Source raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other procurement requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare commercial proposals, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to meet procurement requirements.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Monitor procurement timelines and ensure uninterrupted product availability.
