Associate Principal Graphic Designer

5-8 years of professional experience
to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in
core graphics, graphic design, visual communication, and creative execution
, with the ability to translate concepts and business objectives into compelling visual experiences.

This role is suited for a designer who combines exceptional creative thinking with strong design fundamentals and can independently manage projects from concept to final delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand identity, improve communication, and create engaging experiences across multiple platforms.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and visually compelling designs for digital, print, marketing, branding,



and communication requirements
- Own the complete graphic design lifecycle, from understanding creative briefs and developing concepts to execution and final delivery
- Create high-quality visual assets including campaign creatives, social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, digital banners, illustrations, and other branded materials
- Apply strong core graphic design principles, including composition, typography, color theory, hierarchy, balance, spacing, grids, and visual storytelling
- Translate complex ideas and business requirements into clear, engaging, and aesthetically strong visual communication
- Maintain consistency across all creative assets by following established brand guidelines and visual standards
- Collaborate with marketing, product, content, brand, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions
