- 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development (React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- At least 4 years writing production-grade frontend and backend code.
- Strong hands-on experience in testing: unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end automation.
- Prior work in AI-assisted engineering environments with practical use of AI coding assistants and GenAI testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, testRigor, Functionize, Mabl, AutonomIQ) in daily workflows.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and contemporary architectures.
- Strong familiarity with contemporary DevOps practices including CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, monitoring, and scaling systems.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end delivery from ideation, design, and coding to testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ability to execute independently in ambiguous situations, unblock yourself, and deliver outcomes.
