- Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve execution speed and accuracy
CRM Lead Operations
- Manage HubSpot workflows,



lifecycle stages, lead routing, and pipeline operations
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, cleanliness, and proper attribution tracking
- Support marketing and sales teams with reporting, segmentation, and campaign operations
AI-Driven Operations
- Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to streamline research, reporting, documentation, and execution workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI and automation
- Build repeatable SOPs and scalable operational processes using AI-assisted systems
Reporting Optimization
- Monitor campaign operations, workflow performance, and automation health
- Generate operational dashboards and performance reports for internal teams
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, integration issues, and process inefficiencies proactively
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Performance Marketing, ABM, RevOps, and Content teams
